OchoCinco had the worst year of his NFL career last year which probably made it a sure thing that he will never make it into the hall of fame or even make another probowl.  Ochocinco got cut by the Patriots and got picked up by the Miami Dolphins this year. Ochocinco tweeted  Roger Goodell yesterday that he was going to get fined a lot this year. It was a childish attempt by a has been player to try to get attention because he can no longer get any attention by his play on the field.
